RY7E Returns Procedure

RY7E Returns Procedure

You can now start your return with your RY7E account. We will only accept returns (for a credit note) via our online return process.

To begin the returns process, please log in to your account. If you do not have a RY7E account, please create one using the email address you used to place the order. An account can be made here. This will automatically add past orders to your account.

Once logged in, you should see your recent orders listed under the "Order History". Click on the order that contains the item you want to return and click MAKE A RETURN. This will initiate the return process. You will need to select your reason for the return and what items you will be returning.

After this is completed, click DOWNLOAD FORM. This will automatically fill out your returns form with the details required to return your item.

Please ensure you read all of the information regarding your return before mailing the return.

Print out the form and place it in the parcel addressed to:

Please note, for change of mind returns, we only offer a credit note. We do not offer exchanges or returns.

Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

In regards to exchanging for an alternative size, we cannot guarantee that the item you require will be in stock at the time you are issued with credit.

Finally, we do not provide an Australia Post label for the return as return shipping is payable by the customer. Please ensure that you return the item via a prepaid and traceable Australia Post delivery option. RY7E takes no responsibility for missing incoming parcels without proof of delivery.

Once we have received your returned items in original condition, we will provide you with a credit note in the form of a gift card to use on our site.
